Hi, I’m Karim NDIAYE
Operations leader with over 20 years’ experience in transformation, regional expansion, and leadership on infrastructure projects (telecom, renewable energy, logistics) in West and Central Africa.
Born of two cultures, I learned early that strategy only matters if it touches people’s lives. From Paris to Dakar, from boardrooms to project sites, my guiding thread is the same: linking decisions to concrete impact, with an obsession for execution and knowledge transfer. This approach was forged alongside multidisciplinary teams and in demanding environments where rigor and trust must be earned daily.
My early career began at Mondial Assistance in Paris, followed by roles at CSI Matforce, ST‑Ericsson, Aggreko, and MAN Diesel & Turbo, where I strengthened supply chains, operations, and energy project management across Sub‑Saharan Africa. These roles fostered my appetite for complex environments, tight deadlines, and team alignment in challenging conditions.

Before telecoms, Karim Ndiaye made his mark on the energy sector in West Africa. At Meridiam, between 2016 and 2021, he was the West Africa Director in charge of asset management and, above all, the CEO of four independent power producer (IPP) projects in Senegal, totalling 120 MW of solar energy fed into the Senelec grid.
